Texas Impact brings you footage of testimony regarding Sid Miller's HCR 126, designating the Mills County Goat and BBQ Cook-off as an official Texas State Goat Barbecue Championship Cook-off. Representatives from neighboring Brady, TX appeared to provide testimony against the bill as it was written.
