Breaking News on Lege TV: House Appropriations to conclude this week

Texas Impact brings you breaking news from the House floor:

Rep. Jim Pitts (R-Waxahachie) reports that the budget will be printed by Sunday, March 29, meaning the House appropriations process would be concluded by the end of the week. Rep. Sylvester Turner (D-Houston) responded that the budget was not ready and that he would vote against it.
